Honest as the day is long. They do great work.

Quality tires at a lower price than Belle or Discount ,this is my second set from them and I would recommend to anyone needing tires or service at a fair price.

Just got tires from here .Summit tires I got are comparable to tires from Discount or Belle but cheaper in price with better treadwear and traction ratings . Staff was friendly and helped me pick the best priced tires for my needs .I would highly recommend calling here before buying tires elsewhere , you will be happy you did !

I was very disappointed in my service when I went to Ode Auto Repair, this was my 4th time going and usually it's really friendly men in the front, this time is was 2 women who were very rude, and had very bad attitudes. I had my car towed here and needed tires, I guess when I didn't buy tires from them they weren't happy so I had one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I say bring the men back and put the women somewhere besides in the front with the customers because they were not nice and seemed upset about something that had nothing to do with me.

My Chevy truck has an oil leak. They examined the vehicle to find the source without success. At this point I do need to take it to the dealer. Didnt want to after two days and the team there try to find the source, they could not find the leak. Unbelievable. New technology is unbelievable. The best thing is they did not charge me for all the work they put into this issue. I will follow up with them after the I deal with the dealership. I did return a little favor on buying the entire team lunch. Hope they enjoyed it. Will always come back and recommend them to all family and friends. Thanks ODEs

The staff was extremely helpful and professional! They were able to root cause the issue of my car and get to work quickly! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car serviced!

I had a blown out tire and I couldn't get it off myself kids I pulled around back and they helped me take it off quickly. They are the best tire shop I know of in Warren, your money will be well spent

Not very friendly. Prepaid on online, tried to cancel when I got there. And they kept my money. Did not receive service. So why try and keep my money? Fighting with corporate to get my money back.
