Tonya, I am very sorry for the way things went with your repairs. I would like to say there is no excuse for the mistakes we made. We are honest and transparent and are not afraid to admit when we make a mistake as we are all human. I thanks you for giving us the opportunity to rebalance the 2 tire that were missed and align the vehicle as well. As far as your remote start not working is because for safety reasons the automatically disable when there is a service engine light on. I'm sure that will return to function once the SES light is corrected. Again we have been in business since 1969 and about 60% of our cliental are women. We take extreme pride in all we do, unfortunately at times mistakes can happen and this was a big one. We would be happy to diagnose your service engine light at no charge with no obligation to repair it here. My sincere apologies, Darin Ode

Good Afternoon Lauren, I do not see you in my system as a customer, however I believe you came here with your mother, Charleeta. I am very sorry you feel that way. I wish you would have said something to me in person. Had you given me that opportunity instead of posting a baseless negative review. I would have been able to make you aware that our tire equipment and balancers are in the very far and opposite corners of our building and you will never be able to hear them going from our waiting room. We also told your mother that her set of tires would take approx. 1hr to complete once started. This is above average for the industry standard to successfully complete the installation of 4 new tires. We also informed her when she arrived that she had one customer in front of her that the technician was finishing up on and that he had about 15min left before completion. So I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have occurred due to the wait. However, taking into account the 15 min we needed to complete the job before you. I am completely satisfied with the the 1hr 20 to 1hr 30 min total time frame from arrival that it took to complete your services following all procedures to insure a great quality un-rushed job, I'm unsure if maybe you were not aware of the services your mother came in for or of the time we explained to her it would take to complete since she was the customer. If you have any questions or we can help you with anything in the future please do not hesitate to ask.
