Came to ODE for the first time after seeing some recommendations from a few others. Darin wrote my service order and he was great. Communication was terrible by Nathan the service advisor but it is what it is.

Getting tough to find used tires

This lot experience from Nate. I have lot respect to him and that place, they really good communication with me like fair and right prices since I have lot problem on vehicle. Now they know I am deaf person. They are extremely respectful, I love it and I want say thank y'all for solved problems on vehicle. My vehicle are pretty good n smooth since.

These guys are great...they are fair and have financing...and they will be honest with you if it isn't worth fixing and time to just move on to something new

Fantastic!! Nate and the tech TB. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Ode, will be my go to shop from now on. I will never take my Saturn anywhere else. I had a specific budget that's it. Nate was fantastic! Kept me informed on what was going on. They even showed where to add the trans fluid. So I can keep eye on my fluid and level until I can get the line replaced. Thank you guys so much!
