HOWEVER, I just went to put oil into Traverse and trying to take the cap off which seemed impossible finally I pulled up on the and the whole assembly came up which means when they replaced my alternator The didn't fasten down the top assembly So now I need to waste my time to get the job done professional like the first time It wasn't. However, off to the complaint department! Thanks for NOTHING!!

It is very hard to find a good auto repair/mechanic as a women but they was very knowledgeable, had good customer service and told me everything that was going on with my car. The lady at the front desk was very nice.
