A bad experience with something as important as your vehicle, and getting it repaired is hard to forget. An excellent experience is just the same, starting with customer service. Everyone at Ode's I encountered was friendly, polite, and helpful. Every step of the process was explained including the price up front. I went there for a tire repair, but that experience has earned more of my business. I'd highly recommend them to others starting with this review right now!!! They are also AAA approved, which is who recommended their services to me.

Staff was courteous, gave good information on what was going on with my car gave me a good video so I could take it back to the dealership but as usual the installation of my tires went perfect always always love the job they do for me and will return with any other auto means

Overall Ode is a great place to take your vehicle to. The write up guys are friendly and helpful. You get in very quickly and they perform the service quickly. I used to go to Discount Tire but every time I had a flat they claimed the tire was beyond repair and had to be replaced, I was paying the price I just paid for this tire at Discount 6 years ago, so they aren't a Discount. Ode searches for the best price for your tire. My only complaint is that the guy who put the tires on over tightened the lug nuts, I found out when I put the spare on after damaging a tire I got replaced last summer at Ode. I mentioned it to the write up guy and he had the tire installer loosen all the tires and properly torque them, which corrected my wheel wobble that I had since replacing my two front tires. Ode is a small independent auto center and it shows in their great customer service and fair prices. My tires cost almost $300, the write up guys saw what I paid last time and mentioned how much they went up and tried to get me the best deal. I highly recommend Ode, if they order tires they usually have them in less than 24 hours, I called at 4pm and 8 am the next day they had them and 10 am I was getting it replaced.

They were awesome as usual. I would recommend this place for all your auto repairs. I have been going there for at least 15 or more years. They are the best!
