Very professional, They had to deal with my endurance insurance for repairs. Toni was most helpful with my issues. I think I found My new service garage for the future! Amen to that! HOWEVER, I just went to put oil into Traverse and trying to take the cap off which seemed impossible finally I pulled up on the and the whole assembly came up which means when they replaced my alternator The didn't fasten down the top assembly So now I need to waste my time to get the job done professional like the first time It wasn't. However, off to the complaint department! Thanks for NOTHING!!

It is very hard to find a good auto repair/mechanic as a women but they was very knowledgeable, had good customer service and told me everything that was going on with my car. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

This place has been a God send on more than 1 occasion. We service all of our vehicles here. Their customer service is amazing and they go above and beyond taking care of their customers. Armando spent time locating a replacement door for our Toyota and to top it off he even found the exact paint color. They have earned our business over and over again!!

Awesome experience! Needed immediate tire repair & took me in at moment notice, ended up getting 4 new tires & Darin was kind enough to go above & beyond by shuttling me home & back so I wasn't waiting in the lobby during the process. Work done efficiently & had me back on the road within hours. Staff was great! Definitely would recommend Ode Auto for future repairs!
