Kept telling me my car would be ready by tomorrow, then the next day it'll be ready tomorrow, what they said would be a 5 hour job took a week. Told me steering line is rusty so I said to ahead and replace it. They didn't and wanted to take even more time to fix it. I had already lost a week's wages because a half days work took them a week and they wanted to take even more time because they didn't listen to me. Then they didn't even plug in the wires going into the pressure switch they replaced, so what little work they did was half a$$ed. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had an issue with the driver side caliber that was fixed last August in Traverse City. It froze up and they were able to fix it and told me to contact the company I had it fixed and they are going to refund me the difference. Have been going to them for over 30 years. They are honest and up front.
