We didn’t have an appointment. My daughters car was running rough. It’s an older Audi. The service for this vehicle is usually on the higher side when it comes to getting anything done on it. Between the parts and trying to find someone other then the dealership to work on it. I was very impressed they were able to work on it. When she got it back she was so happy that it’s running great again. Thank you for the great work you did on it. Everyone there is very nice to work with. We will be back again. I just got my Tahoe back from Ode today. I needed fog lights installed. They were great. They were able to get them installed in a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and so helpful. I am a regular at this establishment and I’ve recommended them to others! I am pleased usually! I’m on the fence about the service I received as of late! I’ve had to return the car and may have to return it again!

They made service for my daughters car very easy,she was in and out in less then 90 minutes and I was able to pay over the phone very convenient.two thumbs up.

I wasn't sure what was wrong with my vehicle. They figured it out. Ordered the part. It was there in 20 minutes. I was out of there in 3 hours.
