My husband and I were referred to Ode's from AAA. My left axle broke in half and they repaired it. My car is fixed and they did great work, but they way in which they left my car is highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Yes, my car was junky before it went to be repaired, but that's not an excuse for the lack of concern in leaving dirty finger prints over my paneling that wasn't there prior to being in Ode's care. I am very pleased to share that the owner honored his word and offered me a complimentary detail. Than you 😄
