It was time for a tune-up and they took care of everything in a few short hours. The original quote was reduced significantly to a fair amount and the work was completed satisfactory. The pricing was honest and from personal experience most shops charge you for things you don't need, Ode doesn't. They took care of everything that was needed. I've been coming here for years and will continue to have my cars worked on at Ode. You can rent cars there also which I have.

Went to get 2 new tires for my vehicle and was so pleasantly surprised with the wonderful consumer service/overall knowledge of the staff. I explained I have never driven in the snow so I need good tires but also cant break the bank so he gave me a few options and we got down to the best option for myself and it was priced perfectly. Service was done quickly and I will definitely be returning as well as recommending everyone I know!

When Darren discovered the problem and I told him the work had been done a few years back, he asked me to fax over the paperwork. He said the job was under warranty and he took care of everything. When my car was ready as promised, Armando called and explained in detail what was done. If I did not understand he patiently explained until I understood. I was treated very kind, my car runs great, the cost to install warranted parts was reasonable price. I have found my 'forever auto repair shop '.
